Overview

As an Employment Consultant, you will act as a case manager working with our CDP participants to meet their mutual obligations with Centrelink by providing highly quality, individually tailored pre- and post-employment related, services in accordance with CDP operational guidelines.

  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
  • An understanding of the unique challenges faced by indigenous communities in the realm of employment and a commitment to creating positive change.
  • Previous experience in employment services or community engagement is a plus, but not required – we’re looking for someone with a heart full of passion and a spirit of resilience!
  • Ability to crush those KPIs.
  • Ability to harness the power of MS Office Suite and other reporting programs.
