Placing appropriately skilled and motivated workers in remote Australian Indigenous communities and organisations is our focus. Furthermore, we aim to retain our candidates by way of support once employment is secured.

We’re a tiny business that does a lot of interesting stuff – putting jobseekers in a range of unique and interesting jobs – around 20% of which we don’t advertise anywhere, because we don’t have to.

Most of the positions lodged with us are filled by candidates represented on our recruitment database. It’s always been this way. The reason our client employers use it is because it’s quick and costs them so little to do so.
