The primary role of the Deputy CEO is to support the functions of the CEO, working across all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders. In conjunction with the CEO, oversee the management and implementation of the Municipal & Essential Services Funding (MUNS) and other strategies and projects. In conjunction with the CEO, develop and maintain stakeholder networks and alliances that enhance or protect the objectives and interests of the Corporation and its members.
Provide leadership and strategic support to JBAC community.

Together with the CEO, develop, manage and implement strategic plan priorities, including the progression of economic development initiatives by JBAC and community members. Assist the CEO to develop, maintain and improve financial management systems appropriate to the scope and size of the organisation. In conjunction with the CEO, maintain effective systems and processes for the management and maintenance of corporation assets.
