AAC is a not-for-profit Aboriginal organisation with headquarters in Tom Price, Western Australia and we currently hold the Federal Community Development Programme contract over two regions (Hedland and Western Desert). Our footprint extends across much of the vast Pilbara region. Our mission is to establish and maintain an environment that benefits people through the creation of culturally appropriate employment and enterprise opportunities, and the provision of education and training services throughout the Pilbara.

The Team Leader is responsible for region 10 of the Community Development Programme. This role relies heavily on the ability to interpret apply the government contract, Community Development Programme. Other key elements of the role are developing and maintaining effective relationships with the community and other stakeholders. With strategic guidance from the CDP Operations Manager, this role is to be part of a collaborative management team and lead the service delivery in the region. You will have the ability to make sound business decisions, support your teams to deliver quality services and oversee sustainable growth.
