Office Manager (Relief)
The Office Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the community office and YAI entities and provide administrative support to the CEO. The Office Manager will be responsible for payrolls and overseeing the Centrelink function. Supervise office staff and ensures that office functions are effective including the Centrelink office and reception. Attend Board meetings and take minutes. Liaise with the community bookkeeper and Accountant and other contractors to ensure the efficient operation of Yungngora’s externally resourced functions. Be responsible for booking of accommodation for visitors and cleaning rooms including washing sheets after each vacancy. Cleaning if necessary the kitchen and lounge. This often requires working after hours and on weekends.
The Relief Office Manager will operate in “caretaker” mode, and as such, some duties may not apply. A one week handover will be undertaken.
